A framework for implementing progressive loading in Pilates 

Strength doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built through intentional, intelligent progression. This workshop gives Pilates teachers a clear, practical framework for applying progressive loading so you can confidently guide clients toward meaningful strength gains without compromising the integrity of the method.
Progressive loading is more than “adding a spring” or “making it harder.” It’s about understanding how the body adapts, how tissues respond to stress, and how to layer challenge in a way that respects individual capacity. You’ll learn how to recognize when a client is under-challenged, appropriately loaded, or approaching overload, and how to adjust variables to create safe, sustainable growth.
